Tapering Prednisolone

I have PMR and GCA (for several years now). I have managed to reduce to 2.5mgs and still no symptoms, which is mightily unusual for me. I cannot find the link to the slow tapering method for Prednisolone and I certainly do not want to hurry this reduction from 2.5mgs. I wonder if someone would kindly provide me with a link to the slow tapering method. Thank you and Happy New Year.

copy and paste doesn’t seem to be working for me I’m afraid, but you’ll find it in FAQs on this page, under T for tapering 😊
