7 week tapering

I have been doing the 7 week tapering and all going well. 🙏When I reach the end of the 7th week can I then immediately start week 1 on new reduced dose ? Thanks for advice.

So long as you feel okay then yes. If not sure you can give it another week, or however long you need.

With any of the tapers, it depends how you feel. If all feels really good, you can just keep going. If anything feels a bit wobbly, it often helps to stay at the new dose for a week or so to see if it settles down.

Thankyou PMRpro. I will see how I feel after 7th week but so far so good so fingers crossed. Thanks for your advice .

Still a long way to go though from 10mg ....but taking it very slowly because I was at 8mg before but had to increase .
