I have seen it mentioned that the inbuilt search engine is not very good. You can use google to search within the site using this format as an example for adrenals
site:healthunlocked.com adrenals
Replace adrenals with your preferred search term. Be careful to use this exact format with a space between com and adrenals. I have just tried it and if anything too many results is the only problem.

I've said in the past that google is often more use than the HU search! But it does give an awful lot of responses and some are very spurious, especially since google made changes which don't really help our cause!!
I meant the changes they make in their algorithm from time to time. They do notify you and it can change the order of importance google accords your search terms. All search engines are the same. I had several thing on "speed dial" so to speak - I only had to type a couple of words and stuff I had had offered before appeared. No longer. And recently a load of papers I have googled and linked for others have all disappeared behind paywalls. Just to make my life harder!!!
