Thanks to all those who kindly took time to my request for info re PMR and cataracts. Having listened to your experiences I now know a lot more about the condition. Whilst I decide to where go for a second opinion I feel more confident about keeping my eye on things in the meantime!

Glad you feel more empowered - it often doesn't do to believe the first opinion. It may be the right one and the second not but you need to know there is a variation in views.
