Increasing dose

I contacted the surgery earlier because I am not doing too well. My doctor advised me to return to my starting dose of 15mg while I am away from my normal routine and environment. I am happy to do this.This really is a learning curve like no other. Thank goodness for the help and support here. See you soon x

Looking back I wish I knew then what I know now. There is a learning curve attached to PMR.

You obviously have a good GP. That will stand you in good stead.

Two are very good, one is a bit iffy and one is to be avoided if you don't want to feel worse than when you went into the consultation 🙄
