The site references given to me have proven to be spot on and full of very helpful information. I have followed the advice and done the exercises and the improvement has been very positive. I’m in less pain and am moving more freely although obviously I still have a way to go before I’m back to normal. So a very big thank you for the advice and just wanted to let you know it’s helped so much.
