A massive Thank You to Yvonne for organising the York meet up yesterday and for all your hard work and organising. You are very much appreciated.

It was so lovely to meet and chat yesterday and it certainly helps to lighten my spirit listening to everyone and receiving handy tips and suggestions. Supporting each other is, I feel, key to living with this debilitating polymyalgia and getting the word out to Joe Public about its effects.
