I’m off Prednisone and on Actemra only now. I inject it once a week. Lately been feeling a little light headed and woozy. My blood pressure is fine!

Might be adrenals- it’s a sign of them struggling - even after finishing Pred that can take up to a year to be back to full function.

Do you notice it at any particular time - after activity or stress..

Pretty much all day yesterday and today better. It comes and goes. I’m seeing my Rhum next week and will have him check my adrenals.

Thank you for your input!

Does it happen more after a stressful day? I agree with DL - adrenals still catching up. If you don't feel really unwell then they are obviously functioning to some extent but not necessarily reliably. Even testing can't so more than a picture - as opposed to a video!
