I don't know how to respond to everyone at once, but I just wanted to report that the upped dosage seems to have kicked in. I am up 2.5, from 4.5 to 7 for the last 5 days. My doc had me start hydrochlorquine too. I'm skeptical, but I trust her so I'm going to see.
The main thing is thank you all for existing and for sharing tips and stories. It is truly life saving to know you are out there feeling what I'm feeling and trying to figure out what works. I hope I am in the position to encourage the next person.

There’s no need to thank everybody but if you want to reply to someone just tap on the blue reply box under their post and you will get the right screen. I tap” like” if I just want to appreciate a post. Good luck.
The best way is what you have done - start a new post- then everyone is likely to see it.
There is no simple way to reply to everyone at once within an existing thread other than reply to yourself… but unless people have saved it, not everyone will see it. Not particularly user friendly. SheffieldJane has explained, we don’t always need a thank you [although that of course is nice] and a “like” is as easy as anything
There are a couple of people on the forum who take hydroxychloroquine though there isn't much evidence for it having a benefit in PMR. That said, one of them has got off pred altogether and is only on the hydroxy. There are different versions of PMR, some respond to other drugs, some don't, you have to try to find out.
However, if you are on hydroxy, you should get an eye check as a baseline and then annual ones thereafter. Hydroxy doesn't have many adverse effects but it has one significant one that affects the eyes. Don't miss getting it monitored for.
