Sleepless due to chest fluttering...adrenals?

Sleepless night with strange feelings in chest difficult to describe..worse lying on left side. Tried breathing exercises to relax etc. Adrenals fluttering and stuttering? Pulse normal range.. Was doing well at 3.25mg. Low mood too. Anyone else had similar..thank you

Are you sure the pulse was normal range? Was it regular? I can't feel anything when I am having an atrial fibrillation episode.

I have an oximeter...pulse reading when I sat was 70, and 85 initially, ...oxygen reading 99.is that normal....taken just now again 68...

But is it regular - a smooth sinus wave on the oximeter?

It is regular, but mine doesn't have a wave on the oxometer, but the numbers stay the same if I leave it on?

That's a shame - mine changes display every time I pred the on/off when it is on. I find it quite useful.

I get something similar, including the left side being worse. It calms after a while.
