Eye Tremors and loss of balance. Why?

My son, 31 developed eye tremors and gradual loss of balance over the past 12 months.Doctors and neurologists are mystified despite intensive investigation. They say the cause is not directly coming from the optic nerves but emanating from the brain.

Can anybody help?

Sounds worrisome. Not sure this is the right forum for that. Your son is probably too young to suffer from PMR/GCA. I would suggest searching on "eye tremor" or "balance" in All Communities.
