Think I left it all too late thinking it was something else. Increased from 7mg to 12mg since last Friday but still got a fair few symptoms.
My happy place was always 8mg. Been reducing by half a mg over 6 weeks and was ignoring certain signs thinking it might just be the reduction and getting used to it.

How disappointing. You could try 14 mgs and then maybe taper again, or go down in a couple of stages, rather than straight down. Perhaps to 8 mgs if that is your happy place.
You might need a bit longer, it's okay to stay at higher dose for 14 days before it impacts on drop back down.. so maybe see what happen over the weekend - and then if no better try another mg or two... you'll still be within the 2 weeks window.
It has a bit but not the head and neck issue, but certainly the shoulder blades are improved. I think I should have acted earlier as it was over 3 weeks before the penny dropped fully as my hip can take over a lot of things for me.
I am normally on 3mgs but recently when I tried to reduce I had a flare. I had to go up to 12mgs per day for 4 days to overcome it, but then dropped back to 3mgs again once everything was back to normal, and so far so good!
So don't be afraid to go higher than the 12mgs you've been taking, if that's what's needed to knock the inflammation down.
