I don’t often post in the forum, but I always read the daily email and check out any threads that look relevant to me. I just wanted to share my recent experience, and say thank you for the understanding I think I have gained by following the forum and the advice given. I’ve been involved in amateur theatre most of my life, and if any other members have any experience of this you will know how stressful a performance week can be for both mind and body - not least being out til late every night. Before the show I’d started to taper from 2mg to 1.5, but I abandoned that a couple of weeks before the performance; then during the week I upped my dose to 2.5 on a couple of days when I felt particularly run down. The run is now over (it went very well, thank you), no flare, and I’m feeling fit and strong and ready to start tapering again - probably after a week back on 2mg. Maybe I would have been all right anyhow, but I’m really grateful for the confidence your advice gives me in managing this pesky condition

I usually say it’s never too late but in this instance…🤔.
I think your plan sounds sensible. Well done for navigating the challenge!
Well done!! 💐
Congratulations 👏. I tapered today finally to 2 mg but am in an incredibly stressful time. Hoping for the best. Good luck to you. Janet
