Mine OK this week, had a blip last week, for a day when everything arrived twice, It seems to be fairly random.

About par for the course for HU then… as my expert IT guru [son] said after my furore with being told I had accessed forum ‘too often’ about a month ago -
‘a rubbish system run on the cheap by people who have little idea what they are doing’… I paraphrase his actual words🤦🏻♀️

Nothing today or yesterday.
i missed out on one yesterday but its back today x
Mine is always erratic. Sometimes it goes to junk, sometimes doesn't arrive, sometimes three days in one. I just thought that was normal, they are rarely immediate, only in responses.

They are the only ones who can look into technical issues.
I have emailed them about it earlier today and they are aware and hopefully if it isn't yet sorted, it soon will be.
