Re- can I have your advice on this

I thought I would give a quick up date on my back pain.

With PMR Pro’s advice I took the ibuprofen for four days and woke up on the Saturday morning feeling so much better.

The holiday was wonderful, if a little hot . We walked all week but because of the heat adjusted some of the walks .

Now that I know it was just muscle strain I will be more careful when bending in the future.

Thank you all for your helpful input .

Good - it is a useful trick, approved of by my rheumy, When it is that sort of problem it works much better than more pred.
