I am finding the “Insight Timer” app to be helpful, with a vast selection of calming music with or without voice -over.

I’ll second that about Insight Timer. There is a wide variety of free meditations and music as well as a subscription version. I have been doing the meditation on the free version for about 3 years now. Sometimes I’m better at it than others, but they say its about the practice.
