hi , after blood test results, it appears I am low on folic acid, so Dr. Has given me prescription for 3 months worth of f/a pills. After which I am to have another blood test.

I’ve checked symptoms of folic acid deficiency and it kinda ties in with how I’ve been feeling lately. (Bet I guess we can fit in to whatever we read sometimes) !!

anyway we have a plan 👍

thank you piglette for the information. I thought I was eating enough dark Greens but it seems I need to also add other sources of the vitamin too. X
