FAQs and sick day rules

Thanks for all your helpful responses to my question yesterday, and now I’ve got another one! Am I dreaming, or have I seen a page somewhere on this sitewith faqs/pinned posts? If so, I can’t seem to find it again; and if there isn’t one, it would be a really useful thing to have. There are one or two fundamental pieces of advice like how to taper slowly and what to do in case of a flare which I’ve written down to refer to, but today I was looking for the ‘sick day rules’ that I’ve heard people mention. A key word search just delivers a lot of posts where people talk about it as if they already know what it is. Any help or advice welcomed. Thanks
