Since joining this Forum I have many times read references to "Sick Day Rules"
I had always assumed it referred to people taking a day off work, but reading some recent Posts I am beginning to realise it is more to do with how we manage PMR if we are ill, injured, recovering from an operation, or over stressed for whatever reason.
I have tried to find the "Rules" without success, is there an obvious place to see the "Rules"? is it a document/booklet? or is available on-line?
Thank you in advance

If in doubt - always have a look at the FAQs under the appropriate alphabetical heading. And in fact - it is worth you spending an hour or so familiarising yourself with how the FAQs work so you can find them and the answers - plus a lot of other information you didn't know would help you!
The link to them is at the top of every single thread on the forum as well as in the Pinned Posts - so very easy to find. I appreciate it may be easier to ask and someone WILL always provide the answer, but the idea of the FAQs was to provide the members easy access to the answers to such questions. DL and I spent many hours researching and compiling them and MrsNails catalogued them alphabetically. If you don't use them, our time was wasted.
