Subclinical GCA?

I came upon the abstract of a research article which focuses on "subclinical GCA". It is only observational but points towards longer lasting disease, higher levels of Pred and more relapses in susceptible individuals:

I don't recall seeing "subclinical GCA" before but see elsewhere that it has been looked at in the last few years. Research appears to be in the early stages.
