Headaches.

Hi.i came off pred in March 2023,but I still keep getting headaches.i do take paracetamol,sometimes they go,but if it's a bad one,it doesn't go.just wondering what I should do.just some advice please.thank you.

Did you have similar headaches at low doses of pred? Poor adrenal function can be associated with headaches - and it takes some time after stopping pred entirely for it to settle down properly, some experts say up to a year, so it is still early days.

Do you have neck pain? I have headaches while on prednisone for some time now and I have an appointment later this month to an orthopedic do find cause of continued neck pain and if it is related to headache....

Hi.yes I do get neck pain sometimes,also get pain in ears too.

I have headaches too since getting to 3mg prednisone and that does include ear pain sometimes. Also a whooshing in ear - Dr. said all looked okay - hope it is just adrenals kicking in.
