Hi all, just a quick question. Not PMR but for another AI disease. Has anyone come across or have experience of using Otelza (Apremilast, Aplex)?

An earlier post got me thinking as my daughter has just been diagnosed (maybe) with Palmoplantar Pustulosis Psoriasis. I thought she might be put on Methotrexate, but I think she is between the Dermatology and Rheumatolgy depts.

I have PMR and GCA but my 50 year old daughter has psoriatic arthritis. Otezla has been a miracle for her.

I developed psoriasis on my leg and only need Tacrolimus and a steroid cream. This is happening as I taper my pred to 7.75 mgm.

A nurse friend was given methotrexate for something else and her psoriasis left and never came back. She is 92.
