Poly Myalgia Rheumatica. A painful contain which is debilitating and requires steroid treatment usually. It can take the form of a long episode or go on for some years.

Poly means Many.....we all have many pains/symptoms!Myalgia means pain in muscles....yep

Rheumatica.... "Subject to flux" i.e. variable....I won't say we have good and bad days, more bad and even worse days!😡

I hope you're coping with this horrible "thing"
