Looks awful !

I have been on Pred for a number of years and coped with the highs and lows of it ! Now have reached 7.5 mgs, taken a long time but its fine . Im never going to try a faster method again, im slowly getting there, but my question is. I have been left with the most strange shape legs, from my knees up ! the they are both swollen and a strange shape! Lumps and bumps all over them. It looks like cellulite . I did put on weight with pred , i have lost 1 stone of the 2 stone i need to lose but my legs are exactly the same. Bumpy and lumpy , horrible , any ideas why please ? TIA . This is such a cruel disease. I have gone down the path of camouflaging my many faults. For instance I find wide cropped cullottes covering the knee, quite flattering and boxy tops to the waistband with buttons. My body shape has changed so much over the years, losing the weight has not improved things, just complicated them. I am fairly sure that you don’t look as horrible as you imagine. I fantasise about liposuction and surgery but I don’t think that I will volunteer for more suffering. Be kind to yourself, switch off the mean voice. You have been very ill and are on the right trajectory for recovery. Xx

We must have similar taste, I've been wearing what you have said for many months now ! It's easier in the winter,can cover up more but I still know it's there, thanks for your reply .Happy Christmas🌹
