Hello folks , Can I ask for your advice please
I have had a headache today nothing to bad but I have a nose bleed , don’t ever get them .
I am now on 10 mg steroid for the past two weeks .
Doctor has been reducing me from 20 mg since this August .
I don’t feel as well as I did on a higher dose , I still work 3 days a week , feeling no energy and getting a feeling of extreme fatigue and my body is feeling heavy again some aches are creeping back .

I would say that getting from 20 to 10mg in 3 months is rather fast - so I would ask to go back to the previous dose because the symptoms are returning and then taper in smaller steps from now on, How have you tapered so far?
Did you do anything to cause the nose bleed? What sort of headache is it and where? I would try to get a GP appointment soon - at least a phone one.

I have started on 20 mg then 15 ,12.5 then asked to do 10 mg for 6 weeks this is my second week at 10 mg .
The headache has been all day forhead area I think . I just felt I needed to blow my nose and it bled , not loads but a few tissues stopped now .
Yes I will phone tomorrow, I did request to speak with my Doc last week was waiting for her to call

Pred does tend to cause bleeding/bruising so that may be the culprit and it wasn't just out of the blue - you had blown your nose but the headache concerns me a bit.
As PMRpro says the nose bleed can be explained quite easily, but any new headache must be investigated.
