Angry, Labile and slightly anxious on Hydrocortisone.

I am feeling well but my buttons are being pushed more easily it feels.

I am feeling frustrated when things go wrong. Tearful too! I guess this is normal and have put the mild anxiety (unusual for me) down to adrenalin. I hope I am right.

5mg of Prednisolone which I am pleased about, 30 mg of Hydrocortisone. Dr on Monday where i will discuss the above with him and find out what his plan is.

I am not expecting to make anymore changes now until end of first week in October as we're off to Normandy for a week and I don't want to scupper that.

President is my preferred decoration for bread! It has been available in from the Austrian MPreis chain until some weeks ago but has been taken off. Not happy - getting salty butter here is next to impossible. A chain called Conad, part of the Coop I think, has a special range which includes a salty butter - our Conad can't get it!! May have to give up butter - could be a move to lose weight and improve cholesterol!!!!!!

What a shame and as we both know, it's not the butter but what you put the butter on which is the cause of weight gain!

Hope this will help a little 😂

So near and yet so far ...

I can get wonderful bread - so I suppose not getting the butter will help with not eating the bread!

Hello IdasMum , I haven’t heard of anyone taking both Preds and Hydrocortisone , why do you take both ? I hope you don’t me asking .

I don't mind at all. That's what this forum is for.

I have been finding tapering down from 8mg Pred difficult. My Dr has added in the `hydro to help me taper down. I am not down to 5mg which is great. It has helped although i am not very happy with the side effects.

I will see what his plan is tomorrow evening.
