Visit to new GP

Dear all.

Visit to my new GP today. I was there 4 months ago, very fast where he agreed to prescribe prednisolone and talk later. So I was NERVEUSE today, if he would understand and agree to the PMR diagnosis. I have had difficulty coming below 17,5 mg and recurrent diverticulitis - waiting for an operation that has been postponed 6 months as they have no nurses. When that infection flairs it is difficult to taper I explained.

Anyway - it was a blast!! He agreed on all and to taper down 1 mg a month and suggested antibiotic for flairs of diverticulitis to shorten the days of illness. Prescribed it already, for me to buy when I have a new episode.

I am so happy, I feel so safe for the first time in 3 years :) :) !!!
