Another of the things where everyone is different. For me it is damp/humidity and wind - Heat is fine as long as it is dry/low humidity which it is mostly here. Cold is fine too - until it is wet snow. Dry snow is OK.

I would be best in a temperate climate. Definitely not humid and not excessively hot (or cold?) How the UK used to be and not what it is turning into.

Has it ever not been particularly humid?

I think it has got worse. There used to be rainy periods but they were not as prolonged as they are now? I think we have a lot more humid days without significant rainfall (like last week 😅) too.

Suppose ... Certainly seems to rain a lot!

In places where it didn't do it that much before. Periods of deluge, then periods of drought. Winter at the wrong time of year?

And definitely no more "rain before 7, fine by 11"

I found I was more uncomfortable in our recent UK heat wave (it’s always relatively humid here, and temperatures reached 40C), but when I posted on here I found the responses varied. Perhaps an extreme variation in what you’re used to - in whichever direction - can cause problems?

Definitely. Felt terrible in recent hot weather and stiff as a plank. Better now in lower temps. 23c is perfect.

Yes, very much so. I have a humidity meter and find I match the scale closely. I live in humid Ontario, Canada.

I enjoy heat. Humidity levels don't seem to be much of a concern as long as my home has air conditioning. We're all so different in how our bodies react to so many things.
