Have a look at this -gives some self help remedies -if all fails then contact support -
I did not even know there was a weekly post!
Under email notification, you can choose a digest notification..think default is "never~, but daily, weekly, monthly options....
Ah, I must have chosen daily many moons ago and forgot about it.
