please remember my previous post is NOT ADVICE I’m just saying what Iv done. Speak to your Gp see what they say. It just works for me.

Hello Uglow, afraid I can’t see your previous post on what you do which works for you instead of taking statins. I would be interested to know what does work for you since I have had quite a bit of pressure to take them and am resisting as I certainly don’t want any more pain thank you!

THIS IS NOT ADVICE JUST PERSONAL ACCOUNT. I take statins on 2 days a week only. Pharmacist says they will work as well as one a day so less pills less side effects. THIS IS NOT ADVICE. PKEASE TALK TO YOUR GP

Ah, OK, thank you Uglow. Of course I would discuss it with my GP if it arises again. That is interesting. Are you aware of any increased muscle/ joint pain since taking the statins?
