Hi Everyone, I am on 10.5 pred for 4 weeks. I am getting bilateral muscle pain in arms and legs in morning. They tend to get better about a hour after I wake with pain killers so I’m assuming they are not pmr! Any advice here please.

I’m on 10 one day and 9.5 the next.. can’t answer your question but! Still hope we can meet one day! Just was at Hatfield this morning!
You're probably right. It's the hardest thing, trying to work out what is causing each particular pain! I also get loads of muscular pains which I think are not PMR. Don't forget that pred can make your muscles weak after a while. I also have to watch that I don't sit in one position too much, as the thigh muscles don't like being continually squashed!
