Big Brother goes to Spain

Good morning from a very rainy Espana ( bloody typical ), just an update to where I am with a couple of concerns. Thought id list meds then people can get a overalls view of my whinging. 40mg Preds to start with followed by 40mg Astorvastin, 150mg Dadigatran, 2.5mg ramipril, 2.5mg Bisoprolol, 75mg Clopigrogrel, 70mg Alendronate. Travelled over to Spain 2 days ago got stopped at customs ( drug mule) there's a lot of tabs for a months supply Apparently germilene needs to be in a white see through bag (who'd of thought)

Weather here is rotten ,rain all the way, but hey ho. I'm still doing my daily walk and increasing my time and distance and to be fair feeling pretty good, still get fatigue after the walk but Im thinking that's part of the course. The only concern is flat foot which to be quite frank is a pain in the ,well foot, no pain just bloody frustrating ( ministry of funny walks springs to mind, my good lady says its like watching the river dance he he ).

Got my appointment with the consultant in May so hopefully things will start to progress, anyway enjoy your day people and keep the faith.

Buenos días,

Hope the weather improves for you…only consolation is the rain is probably warmer than at home.😊

Do you normally have adapted shoes for your foot, and are wearing different footwear on holiday? If you don’t have special orthotics, might be worth considering when you get back.

Enjoy rest of holiday, but don’t overdo things…..adiós

All creams in tubes require to be in hold luggage or the drugs bag - same with ladies' make-up. It is also recommended that you carry a prescription with you - no use in Spain of course but shows customs what you require.

Been raining in Spain for the last few weeks - my friend was at her villa to do maintenance: did the paint job on the outside walls, looked lovely. Then came Sahara dust and rain - not so lovely! But it did brush off. And they have Sahara dust again.

Nightmare getting the balcony and glass clean. It’s like mud all over. A good jet wash and it’s sorted. We have had family over for the last 3 weeks and the weather has been horrible. Suns trying to come out know so happy days.

I have roll down see-through blinds on the balcony - getting a bit dirty and no real way of cleaning them on the 2nd floor! But they are doing their job I suppose - they have been building an all-weather football pitch throughout March and it hasn't precipitated here since early February, very very dry and dusty but the balcony isn't as bad as previous years

Hi, my hubby and I arrived last night in spain (Murcia region) and woke up to pouring rain this morning and it’s been like it most of the day 🙈.... we too have been cleaning up the red dust on our terrace ..... I ended up having a 3 hour nap this afternoon after all the excitement lol .... hoping for some sunshine soon 😎
