The daily email only gives posts done before it is automatically issued, usually the previous day - I didn't post it until mid-morning.

Please delete my post then. Sorry again.

No need to apologise - I was just explaining the way the daily email works. I can't delete though.

Thanks. I was wondering, how many people on here eat (or used to eat) fast food on a regular basis? I certainly didn't. Excluding fish and chips about 3 times a year, and a ready meal 'healthy eating' curry from the supermarket once a week (my treat as OH won't eat any spicy food).

I have really cleaned up my diet since getting GCA. I did a lot of reading in the beginning about different AIP diets. I read Terry Wahls book about her MS journey and her protocol that saved her life. I have my own way I eat now and when I stray away I feel pretty bad for a few days.

Well done! It takes a lot of will power, especially at Christmas!
