Do you mean you took it 9am this morning then again tonight.? If so I think make the most of any benefits of the extra dose, start again 9am tomorrow then continue as normal. I think 2 or 3 days with a boost then going back to normal is no problem. But experts will be along shortly to advise I’m sure.

No, think Uglow has just changed from taking it in the evening to taking it in the morning. ..and forgot!

Just get back to morning doses tomorrow…and leave yourself a reminder until you get into the swing of things! Alarm on phone or note on wherever you keep your meds!

Just carry on as normal tomorrow. It is not the end of the world.

Thank you everyone. I’ll certainly be more careful.

I've done this occasionally. Carry on as normal tomorrow, you'll be fine.

I keep a diary and don’t write that I have taken it until I have swallowed it!!

I once took 4 5mg tablets instead of 5 1mg tablets and the pharmacist said just carry on the next day as normal. It quickly moves through your system.
