Apparently I’m not eligible for steroid jab as my back is probably muscular problem so physio route. 😢😂

My sister.. 80 .. had a steroid jab.. it did nothing!! N

I think the NHS is trying not to do steroid injections into the back any more. Possibly to save money!

If the physio is a good one, it'll be much nicer than the injection!

But the physio has to get the back muscles into a state where they can work on them - and where I live, the steroid injections are sometimes part of that stage.
