When I’m feeling low

When I’m feeling low this is the first place I go to. Then I feel connected to people that understand it all. And some of the odd things we feel and do.

I’d be so lost without this group xxxxx

My life has definitely been enhanced because of the advice and support that's been freely given on this forum. I would be in a far worse place both physically and mentally had I not learnt so much about my condition and how to manage it.... so yes, thankyou to all you dear people. 😘

Hi, I feel exactly the same, I don’t know how I’d of managed without the help of everyone on this site. When I was first diagnosed I was distraught and felt lost and alone. Fortunately I came across this site.

Over the last 2 years everyone has been so supportive and helped me through all the horrid difficulties we experience.

Thank you everyone, all take a gold star and go to the top of the class.

👏👏👏

Thanks sharitone I’m suffering a bit with my back but I think it’s not poly related. Painkillers take the Edge of but I’m always scared I’ll get addicted

Couldn't agree more....I often think just how many appointments we save the so called "experts" by getting our answers here....(although I'm happy with my expert!)

Yes, I also need the support from this group. It's a hard slog and not every healthy person understands. We all need each other. xx

This forum has been a life saver for me. I check in even when I’m having a good day. Sceptical friends and family tell me I shouldn’t be relying on a forum for support. They say that you only hear the negative stuff. I totally disagree. The support we get from one another is invaluable and our experts have a wealth of information for us.

I’d say support 100 💯 more positives.

There is much in this group that is educational and supportive and I have broadened my knowledge about my particular experience through it. It has given me a valuable and creditable background of information that has armed me when facing the well meaning but not allway's fully informed professionals i need to relate to. Never let the illness define you, you are something outside of it.
