Oh my so tired

Every time I reduced prednisone I get sooo tired and achy hope it passes in a few days. Anyone else please

I have saved the post and refer to it from time to time. Even though I’ve read it several times and (I hope) taken it in, I find that when I reduce and I’m feeling achy and uncertain, it’s always reassuring to go back to.

Tired, yes, yes you get very tired when starting to reduce. I fell asleep sitting in my lawn chair, just dozed off🤦‍♀️ Now starting my 3rd month of reducing another milligram, I’m starting to feel better. But I do have down days in the beginning, just rest along the way, you have no choice😎
