Ha Ha! Good one. Know what you mean. You wake up feeling good then it goes downhill when you get up. Must say though as the day goes on movement gets better. Thanks for making me smile .
Honestly.. there are days when I crave the warmth and comfort of my bed and because Iβm single I can do that. But I donβt make a habit of it and Iβm easily bored. If you have hurt yourself, ie canβt weight bear on a knee or a hip then I recommend resting icing heating snd some patience as Iβve learned that judicial testing can bring about healing quicker than soldiering on. The pain relief it takes to keep upright has affected my stomach so itβs a juggling act judging what is most debilitating. Today Iβm back to bed for an hour after upset tummy and sleeplessness. It wonβt last though.
I am my own worst enemy, I feel crap hard to get up brain fuzzing , but still I am out in the garden and digging and moving shrubs and planting up. Need it !!! Or do I . Donβt the answer after 15 yrs of PMR .
Probably. The oxygen supply to your muscles is impaired and all that digging etc is not helping at all. What is more you know that - so why push and not give them time to recover?
