Wow I guess I’m certainly not alone with this problem! Thanks everyone for all the useful tips and information. My sister who is a retired occupational therapist, always told her patients to “pace yourself”, advice probably useful in this situation when dealing with technology.

No, you’re certainly not alone Mstiles 😊

And when you think about it, everyone on here must be at least a bit tech savvy, by definition. How do others without the devices, internet service or knowledge manage??

The mind boggles……x

It feels like those people are just discarded by society. I still haven’t figured out how to reliably access this forum, just getting on the site by opening an email notification from someone.

I see from your profile that you joined in 2017’so you are a member 😊

Saying that, I apparently joined in 2016 and then forgot all about it!!! I access the site now by basically never shutting down the ‘My Feed’ page, so it pops up again every time I open my browser on phone or iPad 🤷‍♀️

However I’m sure there’s a better way and I hope someone comes along soon to explain! 😊x

Morning. To get to the site, if you open your browser, guess that will be Safari if you are on your iPhone and type in healthunlocked.com that will take you to the forum.

If you are on the site just tap favourites star in the search box having highlighted the web address it will ask where you want to save it. Sae applies to any particular post you are on. You can save that to favourites on search bar. Then when you open browser you can go to favourites and select any site you have saved. Your history on browser also stores all the sites you have read so you can go back months to find something if you want.
