I’ve been prescribed Vitamin B12 as I am low in this and folate. I am adjusting my diet . Does anyone experiencing mild tummy trouble whilst taking this ? I am to take the B12 for three months and then to repeat the blood test.

Are you getting enough potassium. I read its quite important when taking b12. Coconut water, bananas and potatoes are good sources.
