I’m trying to do this on my phone where I usually access the health unlocked app. Following the instructions in the email we received “to access the new website”. There’s no option on my phone to “save to desktop”. I have to go to my emails and access it from there? It didn’t ask for my password which I thought was strange. Sorry for the dumb questions!

Morning Mstiles. What sort of phone are you using? You may find that if you use a different web browser you get the 'save to desktop" back again.

I have an iPhone. Not sure which browser it uses?Not clear on all the browser stuff.

Morning, sorry for late reply I've been a bit tied up ( not literally). Not an iPhone user or fan of so can't help with your browser (Safari I think). Others here use iphones though so might be able to help. You can use the Firefox browser on your iPhone though and that definitely saves to desktop ( on Android anyway).
