Been on Actemra for 9 months. Finally kicked in and was helping me feel better. This week my appt. for infusion was cancelled. The Actemra is on back order and had to get. All of the IV is being used for treating Covid patients here in the US. I can't take the shots. Medicare only pays for the infusion, not the shots. Over 93 percent of those being treated are not vaccinated. I have truly lost patience with unvaccinated people in my country,

What a situation to be in. Would it not be worth talking to Medicare about the situation you find yourself in through no fault of your own. Maybe they could help you out as a short term measure until the situation improves. They are there for you and worth a try. Good luck.
