Back and spine

Anyone had steroid injections in back if how long do they take to work and what exercises are advised please

Because I had back op on 2011 and now I have arthritis and joint problems in other parts of back .

Thank you for replying. I cannot help with this question, hopefully someone else will be along who knows the answer.

Sincerely hope you that it works for you and eases your pain. Having osteo or any arthritis is painful.

Into the spine or into muscles? I'm assuming that you mean spine - in which case I can't help. If it is in muscle I could comment.
