"the presence of Chronic Fatigue Syndrome is highly associated with pre-existing gynaecological pain conditions." I did not know that.

Essentially, long Covid is a post-viral syndrome and its treatment is likely to be the same as for any other post-viral condition - i.e. woefully under-diagnosed and researched. Perhaps something positive will come from the pandemic if PVS/CFS/ME become more widely accepted and researched opening up and widening understanding, treatment and care options.
