Lost app from iPad

Can’t find where to download the elusive app. Has disappeared from my iPad .

Go down to Product details at bottom on screen

It’s still seems to be on the App Store (Apple), if you wish to download it again...but someone on the HU help team did say not many people use it.....so maybe it’s being modified or discontinued.

You could try contacting HU Support Team if you cannot download it.

Mary, I was a big fan of the App until recently, it is not supported anymore & there are many things it cannot do.....

I now have just made a short cut to the Webpage & use that for my way in.

I agree, haven’t been on site for a while other problems. But won’t bother with it is very basic now. Web page it is. Thanks.

Best to stick to what you are already doing! App is a bit “clumsy” especially if you aren’t tech savvy!

The App was really good when it started but you are best with a short cut to the Web Page - it’s extremely frustrating & l have actually now deleted it!
