I have been a member for 12 months but about a week ago I stopped getting the daily emails and the website kept telling me that I wasn't a member of any community. I have signed up again today. Hope this is ok. FSP25

No I didn't change my name which is why I flagged up that I had rejoined as I may now have a duplicate record. Didn't know it happened frequently. Thank you for letting me know.
This seems to happen to others, but, so far, not to me. I wonder if it has something to do with settings in one's own device? If it were the website, wouldn't we all have the problem? Sometimes, too, a browser can be the problem. I usually use Chrome but there are some sites I can't access, no idea why, and use Firefox instead.
Hello and thank you for your reply. A few different theories have been put forward. I don't believe I've changed any settings unless accidentally! I'll keep my fingers crossed it was a one-off. Best wishes.
Fsp25;welcome back,my l pad sometimes seems to be not performing as it should,very frustrating,perhaps the server has a weaker signal than usual sometimes..
My emails also stopped. I reapplied under a different name as I felt quite lost without the daily contact - then the emails under the original name reappeared. I have yet to work out how to cancel one or the other so I get a double daily input. Thanks to all those helpful people who usually manage to answer my questions before I get around to asking them!
Well I suppose double is better than none! Totally agree with your comments. When you don't get your daily email it feels like something's missing. Take care.
