I seem to have a pulsing in my head I just not sure of all these symptoms.

Are you on Prednisolone? That sometimes seems to cause unpleasant or woolly headaches.

Pred used to give me a general pulsing head as if I could feel the blood pumping through. Have you had your blood pressure checked?

I had the symptoms of pulsatile tinnitus when I was on higher doses of Pred. My head would fuzz and pulse in time with my heartbeat. It disappeared as I reduced my dose.

I have had this too and it went after a few days but occasionally returns for a short time
