Having been in awful pain from osteoarthritis for several months treated with ever increasing pain killers two weeks ago in a phone consultation with my GP following a call to Support Line ' Do you think my PMR has relapsed?' She agreed to start me on 15mgs pred. practically instant relief but still some breakthrough pain.Visited site took advice from Dorset Lady and asked to have 15 increased to 20. That has been a great success. Last time I know I tapered far too quickly I also did not rest enough having read through comments on here I have stopped giving myself a timeline but to listen to now my body is reacting. Thanks to all. Tricia.t
