Hi all, hope yr all well, not so tired today headache is a dull annoying pain unlike last 2 days, hopefully it's going, but aches and pains is really bad, just dont know if I'm having a flare up or is it still side effects from covid vaccine on Tuesday dr said I could get side effects 3-5 days after. I've had days where pain is worse but not really had a flare up I dont think so.

Pain today
Hi, I had the Pfizer and I have to say I ached more for about 5 days
I had Oxford 17 day ago and I had some side affects jaw ache, head ache and felt general unwell slept alot, that went away after about a week, then there an abscess in mouth, and my PMR seems to have flared ache in hip, and shoulder down to elbow left side and in my right hand. Weird as I am on 10mg after a flare last Oct had to go to 15 and work my way back down. So I was going to post the same question when I saw your post. I am waiting to speak to Dr 12 March tel appointment, just dosing with painkiller.
A lot of friends have had bad headaches after the Astra Zeneca vaccine.
I felt unwell for about five days after Pfizer vaccine. Needed to take paracetamol and had naps etc. No flare up of PMR symptoms. Tbh I think everyone is different. Even some fit and healthy people feel bad for a while. My (very fit) 33 year old son had 3 days in bed and couldn’t function when he was given Oxford vaccine on the trial last summer.
And others who are are not well sail through!
Hey ho! Hope you feel better soon.
Hi I think I've read that right, that yr son was part of the trial for oxford vaccine last yr? Great respect to him if it wasn't for ppl like him making a really big decision to try a brand new vaccine and not knowing if it safe or not but still willing to take that chance, there wouldn't be protection for everyone now, hope he is well. As they say one of the un sung heroes, thank you
He was actually running the Oxford vaccine trial at St George’s Hospital
