After boasting about waking up at 4.20 yesterday, I woke at 3.12! Am now wide awake with head pain and numbness. Just thought that I would share this!

Morning 196_Well I was so tired after being awake previous night and then having a walk in the morning followed by yoga in the afternoon, that I've literally just woken up...5.00am! Sorry I wasn't awake to reply sooner! Hopefully you've managed to drift back off again now. My son and DIL bought me an electric oil diffuser. Holds water and essential oil and gives off a fine scented mist. It will illuminate in 1 of 6 colours, (or none at all) and also emits white noise (a low level hum) This has definitely helped me fall asleep and when it couldn't help me actually nod off, its relaxed me hugely, eliminating all the fidgeting and restlessness.

I got up to start the day. I like the sound of that diffuser and will look it up

What oil do you use, they say lavender is good?
